Indication

*Primary hyperuricemia: Gout
*To prevent uric acid & oxalate Ca deposition in secondary hypeuricemia.

Dose

*Adults: initial dose: 100 - 300 mg a day. Maintenance dose: 200 - 600 mg daily. Maximum single dose 300 mg.
*Dose for mild conditions: 2 - 10mg/kg BW a day, or 100 - 200 mg a day. Severe conditions: 700 - 900 mg a day.
