Indication

*To treat certain infections caused by bacteria such as infections sensitive to Cefadroxil in:
* Urinary tract infections
* Skin and skin tissue infections
* Pharyngitis and tonsillitis

Dose

Adults:
* Urinary tract infections: 1-2 grams/day given as a single dose/2 divided doses
* Pharyngitis and tonsillitis: 1 gram/day given as a single dose/2 divided doses 2
Children: 25-50 mg/kg body weight per day divided into two doses
