Indication

Management of nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and surgery.

Dose

Prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting: an initial 8 mg tablet dose administered 1 hour before anesthesia, followed by two subsequent 8 mg doses at 8-hour intervals.
