Indication

* Management of nausea and vomiting induced by cytotoxic chemotherapy and radiotherapy and surgery.

Dose

*Prevention of post-surgical nausea and vomiting: first dose of 8 mg tablet, given 1 hour before anesthesia, followed by two subsequent doses of 8 mg at an interval of 8 hours each.
