Indication

Zinc is a complement to the treatment of diarrhea in children, which is given together with Oral Rehydration Salts (ORS solution).

Dose

* Babies 2 - 6 months: 2.5 ml Syrup given every day for 10 consecutive days (even if the diarrhea has stopped)

* Children 6 months - 5 Years: 5 ml Syrup given every day for 10 consecutive days (even though the diarrhea has stopped)
