Indication

*To treat susceptible bacterial infections of the ear, nose, throat, genitourinary tract, skin, skin structure, and lower respiratory tract

Dose

Children weighing <20kg: 20 - 40 mg/kg BW a day in doses every 8 hours.
Adults and children weighing >20kg: 250mg - 500mg every 8 hours

*Gonococcus Urethritis: Amoxicillin 3g as a single dose
